These Terms and Conditions apply to the Golden State Robotics website.

Golden State Robotics is a California nonprofit organization in formation. Our first program is planned as a small 2027 drone coding pilot for 3rd graders, with a longer-term goal of expanding hands-on coding and robotics opportunities for grades K through 8.

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general informational and planning purposes. Program details may change as curriculum, staffing, funding, safety planning, school partnerships, and nonprofit filings develop.

Interest list

Joining the interest list does not create an application, registration, enrollment, reservation, guarantee of participation, or promise of future services. The 2027 pilot is expected to be small, and eligibility, timing, location, cost, and participation requirements have not been finalized.

We may use interest-list responses to understand demand, communicate updates, and follow up with families, schools, prospective board members, volunteers, donors, and supporters.

Donations and support inquiries

Donations are handled by email for now. The website does not currently process online donations or collect payment information.

Golden State Robotics is a nonprofit organization in formation, and our application for 501(c)(3) recognition is pending. Nothing on this website should be treated as tax, legal, or financial advice. Please consult your own adviser about the treatment of any contribution.

We may update the donation process later if we add a secure giving platform.

Third-party services

This website may link to third-party services, including Google Forms for interest-list submissions and, in the future, donation, analytics, email, or storefront services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
